About Me

I’m Kamillah Lacey, a passionate, dedicated, and experienced professional with a diverse set of qualifications. I am an Accredited Advanced Sexual Exploitation/Abuse Practitioner, a Montessori Teacher Trainer, and a Trauma Support Specialist. My expertise also extends to Childhood and Trauma Adversity, and I am a Certified Brain Development Coach. 

For over 25 years, I have been working in the Muslim and Black community, providing support and guidance to women, girls, and young people. My work is driven by a deep commitment to advocating for the rights of those exposed to Adverse Childhood Experiences, abuse, trauma, and mental health issues. I am passionate about holistic education and nurturing the well-being of each individual I support. 

My journey has been a profound desire to make a difference in the lives of women, girls and young people. I look forward to continuing my work and advocating for those who need it most. 

I am also the proud founder of The Trauma Healing Collective, a non-profit organisation dedicated to supporting Muslim and Black women and girls. Through this platform, we strive to provide a safe space for healing, growth, and empowerment.
